Repair Process

Welcome to our repair process. Below are the steps for the entire repair process.

1. Once you have chosen your model to be repaired and purchased the repair with the Paypal link you must print the intake form and fill it out.

2. Place the form in the box that you are shipping the Macbook in to us to greatly help keep things moving efficiently and minimize mix-ups.

3. You must purchase shipping of your device to us. But the return shipping of your device back to you is on us. Make sure to add insurance in case there is damage or loss by the carrier.

4. After you package your device well and send it, we will update you once we receive it and let you know what we found and if the repair was successful.

5. If the repair was not successful we will reach out to explain and ship your device back to you. And a refund of the full repair amount will be issued through Paypal.
